The Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia application should be returned to the above address along with at $50 application fee made payable to the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia. The application for UNCG should be returned to the University. Upon acceptance to the program, a non-refundable deposit is required which will be applied to the first year's residency fee. Payment may be made by personal check, payable to the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia. The balance of the residency fee, printing fee and activity fee for the program is due on or before the first day of enrollment. Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia reserves the right to make changes in these fees without advance notice. There is no reimbursement of residency fee for student withdrawal or dismissal. Tuition information for the University can be found in the UNCG Graduate Catalog. Although there are no student stipends available for this program, competitive student grant options may be available through hospitals or anesthesiology groups. Information and application for this assistance may be obtained by directly contacting each anesthesiology group or hospital. |
